SalesVu, Inc. ('SalesVu', 'we', 'us') respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through the SalesVu websites, mobile apps, AI agents, and related services (collectively, the 'Services').

This Policy applies to merchants who use the SalesVu platform, end customers who interact with merchants using SalesVu, and visitors to our marketing sites.

Account information you provide such as name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, and payment details.

Transactional data processed through the Services including orders, inventory movements, loyalty activity, reservations, and staff schedules.

Customer relationship data merchants upload to the CRM, such as customer names, contact details, and purchase history.

Usage and device data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature interactions, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

Communications you send to us, such as support tickets, sales inquiries, and survey responses.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including operating AI agents on a merchant's behalf.

To process payments, send invoices, and prevent fraud.

To communicate with you about your account, service updates, security alerts, and (where permitted) marketing.

To produce aggregate, de-identified analytics that help us improve the platform and its AI models.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service providers who process data on our behalf under written confidentiality and security obligations (for example, hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support).

Integrated third-party services you choose to connect, such as PayPal, Square, QuickBooks, Tessitura, Spektrix, Shopify, Google Shopping, Amazon, DoorDash, and UberEats. Data shared with those services is governed by their own policies.

Authorities and parties when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SalesVu, our merchants, or the public.

Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and (with consent where required) personalize marketing. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.

When a merchant enables an AI agent (such as Customer Service, Recommendations, Smart Upselling, or the Analyst Agent suite), SalesVu processes the merchant's data — and limited end-customer data — to generate suggestions, messages, or actions on the merchant's behalf.

Merchants are the controllers of customer data they upload. SalesVu acts as a processor of that data and follows the Data Processing Agreement available at /dpa.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information; to object to processing; and to withdraw consent. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of 'sharing' for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have collected such information we will delete it.

SalesVu is headquartered in the United States and processes data there and in other countries. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect personal information transferred from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice and will take effect on the date posted.
